oh Lord, i miss artists like Cat Stevens, making their own music and get their money because they are talents... and spent it for poor people. Today samplers earn millions, buying golden rings and the real creators are still poor, too often... bad times for music and strange youth... :(

We knew he was a sampler when we heard The timbaland knight rider beat! All he did was flip it tho. I dont think he stole the idea. He jus flipped it so it sounds better! HIs beats still are sick even if he saved them or not!

@q0zi yes but what is "not far" in terms of black music is not my idea of good or interresting or innovative music... meaning the mainstream, those that dominate... Grant you that there is alot of "unknown" black music that is excellent in the underground. But you had better sing about bling, hoes and push out generic walmart beats if you hope to please the legions, I guess... boy I must be in a bad mood... again!

sampling is taking a piece of music, chopping and flipping it to something new. What Timbaland is doing is straight up jacking the whole song, and thats fine AS LONG AS YOU GIVE CREDIT/ROYALTIES to the person you are taking from. Timbaland did none of this.

fuck mainstream music it all sucks.. sampling is not real talent no argument there, these artists have no message in their music its all the same, all it is, is subliminal bs, all the good artists stay underground and make real hip hop, not controlled hip hop like mainstream, they feed you all the bs and you eat it up like little baby's.. and now hip hop is fading because their trying to let the gay pop scene take over the radio. when will you people wake the fuck up....
