By May 2, 2011 Atty Kreep and TAITZ are still not cooperating, and the 3 judge Appellate Court of the 9th District, heard arguement separate but Different theories by Attys. Kreep and TAITZ as to WHY Obama fails. Not until May 2, 2011 did a word get on the Court record that Barack Obama is a Indonesian, born in Kenya, and also used a dead mans social security number and also failed to have both parents American citizens. No one has sued the DNC for not fact checking their candidate Barrack Obama to be certain he was NOT an indonesian, who came and got a scholarship that is only granted to Foreign Students. Perhaps that is why he also sealed his College Records.
