i agree, civilian casualties are unavoidable in war. Let the war just end instead of prolonging the conflict. Besides, there have been reports of the tigers shooting at there own civilians that were trying to abandon there 'country'. Its not like all the civilian casualties are Sri Lanka's doing.

UN... Norwegians... and all other diplomatic efforts to put a ceasefire in Sri Lanka should be completely ignored!! Tamil Tigers get funded from normal tamil civilians living abroad such as Canada and Australia, and therefore all Tamils are in the same boat. They also killed Rajiv Ghandi and should not get any pardon.
