Welcome to this tutorial, the first thing you need to know is that you have two options available. You can either play on Wrath Of The Lich King, or actual retail servers. If you want to play Wrath Of The Lich King 3.5.5a, then watch the entire video. If not, the video will instruct you when to skip. PS: You will need Winrar for the patches.

Once you have installed Wrath Of The Lich King, you will go to www.worldofwarcraft.com
After that, you will create an account. Now, the important thing to know here is that WoW is free up to level 20. Another important thing to know is that after every patch, you get offered a 7 day trial. Now, you are going to get the trial until you reach level 20. Once that is done, you will make MULTIPLE WoW accounts, with emails that you MUST REMEMBER. The next patch they send you, you will have 7 day free trials on each email adress. Let's say you had 5 emails, that would get you 35 WoW days. Basically, you have to exploit the system by using the 7 day free trials after every patch. THIS WORKS TRUST ME!

@pablozeror You can do either way, however downloading cata first can speed things up. ALSO, DOWNLOAD UP TO 4.2.0 OR 4.0.6 DONT GO PAST THAT OR IT WONT WORK.
