This imperial Oatmeal stout is brewed with one of the world's most expensive coffees, made from droppings of weasel-like civetcats. The fussy Southeast Asian animals only eat the best and ripest coffee berries.Enzymes in their digestive system help to break down the bean. Workers collect the bean-containing droppings for Civet or Weasel Coffee. The exceedingly rare Civet Coffee has a strong taste and an even stronger aroma.
Ingredients : Water, malts, hops, yeast and Vietnamese ca phe chon coffee.

Had this last weekend on my visit to San Diego. Picked it up at one of the stores Ryan recommended. Really great stuff, and top 3 among the stouts that I've tasted...right up there with Abyss, and Speedway. Extremely smooth and well balanced, no hints of alcohol, pure dark chocolatey, coffee goodness. I'd easily stock up on these except for the price ($16/bottle)..A++ from me, but I think it was an older bottle too (2010).

@gshankaran Yeah its a really solid beer but the price makes it pretty prohibitive. But most of Mikkellers beers are like that unfortunately

Great beer. Had some nutty taste that I wasn't expecting. It is very interesting.
