SWR is considered a casual game,
Iamp a tournament game.

The thing is I already have SWR. Beat it, not quite sure what it's about. (SCREW ENGLISH PATCHES I SAY!)
But yeah. Aside from one of my best characters being Tenshi I'd probably do fine in IAMP.

Honestly, I think IAMP > SWR.
It's truly up to you to try SWR, I would say give to it a try, if you don't like it, just uninstall it. Scarlet Weather Rhapsody really does feel different than Immaterial and Missing Power. I tried getting into SWR, but it just didn't click like IAMP did. SWR does have one thing though... It has more characters. I say the game is fun though overall... but IAMP is more fun imo.

I don't know if SWR replaces some of the mechanics rather than improving on them, so... should I get it?

Worst damage, worst bullets, and getting in multiple spell cards isn't necessarily a good thing; she gets the same amount of damage off a 2-card combo with difficult timing as most characters get equal or more damage then off a 1-card combo.
