@simplethunder Why not create some elixirs and find out? Plants and minerals through method of elixirs have been used in physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing for thousands of years.

Old alchemists used to call fungi, rootless plants and included them in many of their old art work. It would work but need to know first the type you dealing with since many of them produce harmful extracts..

@oatstao That's something that has been scarcely written about, from my personal discoveries, I have found most mushrooms to be Lunar in essence. I believe it should work.

One note, it's pretty hard to find Grain Alcohol. Very nice synopsis of the Great work of metaphysical connections. Now I have one query, not sure if the author of the videos, can answer this question, for instance. I occassionally practice using fungus but simply ingest it in teas or eating. Does the Elixer method work with Amanita Muscaria or other fungus? Or is Fungus considered a different make up than herbs?

180 proof worked much better than 80 proof. Also, a coffee grinder was just soooo much better that the MnP. I started with the MnP though. A mesh strainer with the coffee filter works better when used with the funnel because you can press out more tincture thru the mesh....

It works, btw, there are a lot of simple things that really works, but unfortunately, nowadays ppl tend to believe only on the stuffs they pay for.
