for the benefit of ylaski, i couldn't find a printed copy of lyrics but i think below is roughly right. if anyone can correct anything feel free. the odd word varies in versions and i'm sure i've heard an extra verse on one.

the fuzztones version differs (deliberately, imho) in the first verse: i was walking down the street on a 4-way tab i found a young girl standing under glass her heart was black and her face was masked a five dollar bill, that was all she asked

Songs like this really make why psyche garage from the 1960's sounds so amazing....such influence on bands today.

Bob bosak is my dads uncle my surname is bosak unfortunately after a gig in New York bob went to slow the tragic down because it was icy they found him later with his legs crushed the doctors wanted to amputate but he dident want to I met him last year and he had a limp but he is still a talented bass player I dident realize that he was in this band but I spoke to my dad and he remembers him so we met with him in Montreal haha that's a fact for you
