  • I do agree that people are as unique as finger prints, but at a quick glance or even a moment staring at a finger print they all look that same. What I mean by this is that they're all very similar.. My point here is that most people are relatively the same. Now I know bodybuilders aren't necessarily the epitome of health (many natural bodybuilders are IMO) but they all end up very lean and muscular and the vast majority eat the same to get there, high animal protein, moderate fat and mod carbs.

  • You should eat some barb wire mate followed by a nice refreshing pint of bleach.

  • eat a dick

  • Thank you for inviting me to comment on this video re misinformation about what we are eating, etc. Personally I believe if we look back at how mankind developed and the various eating regimes that existed back then, we will see how far we have moved away from that diet. The Western world is spoon fed through advertising, and on that basis we stuff ourselves with less than perfect food stuffs. Basic diet is what our ancestors survived on, just without the sabre toothed tiger burgers!

  • Its hard as well to make my mind up because on the blood typing programme im blood type A so should eat little animal fats and more grains/beans/vegetables/juices.. i also tried it in the past, worked for a while then i had to move on and change..

  • I have done the metabolic typing test back in november 2009.. im a protein type.. worked for 6 months, then went on holiday, gained some weight, back home doing the m.typing programme again but started Gaining weight.. i was size 32(uk) and now im 36.cant shift the weight back on my hips, legs, tummy and chest..i guess im low thyroid functioning..

  • thanks man!
