This is not principally about money, though they certainly need a lot of money to keep operating.

This is the modern expression of child sacrifice - and I don't mean as if.

this is very disturbing, it makes me wonder what will take for people to realize what's happening.

bottom line is, this is child sacrifice, and as freaky as this sounds, so long as the people who demand these offerings don't meet their quota they're gonna keep pushing. This is a big picture, and we need to become aware and come together in a big way. Protesting won't do it, we need to really inform everybody somehow so they can be aware.

Israeli Child Protection sounds like it's been corrupted by adoption agencies and care homes for big money.

Unfortunately, I've seen this here.

Campaigners have recently managed to stop UK forced adoption "bonus" payments. Some councils were getting £2 million each.

Some care homes charge 4 times the private of ETON. It always comes back to money.

In Israel the disabled and disruptive go into institutions.

The Child Welfare Officers, bless their hearts, get a premium on every child they place in those institutions because the kids generate 6000-16000 NIS per month plus keep the whole slew of professional loving do-gooders employed.
