well, im willing to take my chances with obama as commander and chief than bush any day, obama has 4 years to prove to us what he can do, he deserves his chance to shine just like any other president, i personally am glad i voted for him and i think we made the right decision and i think he will stay true to his word as much as any other politician if not more, call me naive, i don't care but thats what i believe

Imagine how emotional these people would be if he were 100% black and not just 50%. People's obsession with race, especially the black race, gets so tiring. Isn't the goal to be colorblind? Do you think that people would get as excited if he were the first Jewish president that had been elected. The Jews have been enslaved, tortured, persecuted, and slaughtered for centuries, yet rise above it instead of constantly blaming someone else. Blacks need to take a look at the man in the mirror.
