Ron Paul's speech is heartfelt and true! This is a man the people can trust. CNN needs to fix their audio a little.

His voice does sound electronically modified.... It sounds comical, like a Disney cartoon from the 50s. One question, CNN, one question.. WHY?

His voice is definitely being electronically modulated. It is very subtle, I guess it is possible that it's just a technical issue, but it really sounds like modulation to me, and I don't think it's crazy at all to be suspicious about these things given the level of corruption in our government and our media.
