@greatkid1 if you want it to burnfaster you could wet it i tiney bit then push it throught sift that isnt very finer that way the charchole absorbs the kno3 and ul have small rocks of the stuff

THis is a horrible method:
1. Grinding the KNO3 and Sulfur and Charcoal together can ignite the powder and burn your hand.
2. If you don't dissolve it the powder will no be very good
3. Where is your safety equipment?
4. Lighting the stuff with a match as you noticed will burn you.

i made a shitty bottle cap scale and tried doing this and my black powder was sorta slow but VERY powerfull i did test of just under a gram and it was a huge ball of fire and burnt my hand
i think it might be my sulpher its garden sulpher or maby my charcoal i made it from some random hard wood in my garage
