Correct, it's babbino not bambino. babbino is italian for father, while bambino is the child.

Even when the correct name of the aria is "O, Mio Babbino Caro", nobody is perfect , we all make mistakes, and I am very gratefull to this person who kindly posted this wonderfull performing of Caballe I am enjoying now.

se non parli italiano, non dovresti azzardarti a pubblicare un video di un opera che NON CONOSCI e che, della quale, non capisci neanche il 10% del significato.......ti spiego....é una storia VERA di un tipo che anche Dante (conosci Dante......sí....?) ha pubblicato sulla sua "Divina Commedia".......cerca "Gianni Schicchi" su google e trovi Dante....allora....ció che la cantante sta facendo, é cercare di convincere il papá a permetterle di sposarsi....quindi "o, mio babBino caro".....IGNORANTE!
