She had the nickname Gaga and then he texted her something about "Radio Gaga" and it changed Radio to Lady. So, she started going by Lady Gaga. It changed Radio to lady, not Radio to Gaga.

idk how the radio changed to lady but people should know that the gaga part is her nickname given by her friends and family. i know this because she talked about this on an interview.
