I have just opened my order and I must say what a disappointment it was. A couple of straps, steel hooks and strap fasteners for a $167 (inc postage). How can you possible justify this cost for what you are selling? For that price, the very least you could have included was some hull cradle straps or even the securing strap would have been appropriate for the price you charge.

$167 must be for international shipping. US orders receive free shipping and for $84.90 you receive one complete hoist and cradle system. The strap is nylon, the hooks are stainless steel, and the cost ends up being around half of competing products. We have a 30 day satisfaction policy for orders shipped to the US and we have far more repeat orders than returns. If we made it out of polypro strap and zinc hooks the cost would be even less, but the product would rust.
