First it was Jon Stewart who did a brilliant job illustrating Glen Beck's lunacy . Now it is Lewis Black, from the Daily Show who does an even better job of illustrating Glen Beck's schizophrenic preoccupation with tying everything and anything to Hitler .

Within the IPCC report it says that with the climate the way it is, it could very well be nothing at all, just continued heating from the last ice age, a recorded temperature rise of 2 degrees C over the past however many years they counted isn't that drastic, but many wish to attribute this to the amount of pollutants and such in the air heating things up. @Airportris 2) that spent a good portion of time on the subject. While it is poor experience, I agree, good arguments and sources were presented as material. Yeah Geology is pretty bad, but the results of the climates actually ARE taken in thousands of years. The chart goes back to the first ice age, then takes the estimated average climate of the years (they believe to be) an ice age lasts (there have been a few, just not as big as "the ice age") and of the years that there is not

@Airportris I think that if we were to allow any facts to sway our judgement on the matter, it would be those of the IPCC. The scientists on the board were either elected from the community (of scientists researching it) or placed there by government recommendation and the like. Since it is basically the UN of minds focused on global warming, I do believe their findings to be trustworthy. No, I haven't researched the topic with my own experiments, but I did have a class in college

@Airportris as well I am not disagreeing with you because I am not an expert in any field, nor was I there at any point in time in History, I just think we have to look at this logically before jumping to any conclusions and solutions, because on this planet it can cost people their lives and freedom.

@zakusarecool Geology is not an exact science my friend, in fact its not my opinion but Geology is considered one of the more inaccurate forms of dating. that's why you might hear the term "In geological time that is a short period" because Geology is based on history.. and if you weren't there... i guess you can never be sure of something...And you can tell me you posted "facts" but did you ascertain them your self? is the source credible? is there an agenda? Investigated carbon credits?

I also Agree that has been a change in climate.. but to determine weather patterns on a planet that's been around 14 billion plus years and we only have been recording weather for about 125 years.. now i ask you if that is a fair way amount of time to determine these conclusions? "they can take samples of ice and buried earth and they could tell what the climate was" lol to a single date in time? lol maybe to within 50 thousand year
