I sometimes wish that I hadn't taken the red one. Ignorance really was blissful, until I accepted the chilling realization that I know nothing and that I would be a fool to profess that I knew anything at all. Than life is once again blissful and ever mysterious, I think we fall short when life is no longer mysterious, I would not like to live in a world where I knew all the answers. It would take the fun out of this psychedelic trip we call everyday reality. lol The child like wonder has been stripped from us as we grew, and the rediscovery of this wonder is the awakening. Bless you in all you wonder and in all you dream.

  • @josiahpauloski5 Listen to Joe at 3:24, did you not watch or listen to this? Rogan, like many others believe that the belief of a God is Humans work. You don't see deer or bears going to a set place to praise some object. Go watch people walk around the Kaaba and ask yourself, What is so important to those people for wanting to do circles around a building? If I were an extra-terestrial I would think that these humans are just another animal on this planet but they have technology. 1% from Apes!

  • @xlrobertolx Oh and thank you for watching, this video was meant to be thought provoking, and I see I did what I set out to do :)

  • As my Sifu says; If life was a meter stick, as humans, we can only perceive around 2cm of it all. He also uses the analogy that our mind acts like a antenna and what we see as reality is just our mind piecing together the signal. Like a TV taking a signal and turning it into a image.

In the same aspect, that's why your mind can have a great effect on your life and things around you. Changing your mindset changes the what you interpret the "signal", to an extent.

  • @TheDrunkenMantis I just recently discovered the idea that consciousness could be out side of the human mind, that the mind is more like a computer, and it plays chemical software, this became very very clear to me during a mescaline trip, change the software, change the program that is playing. There are many ways to tune in to the different signals :) I love this Thank you for commenting, and thank you for watching, and contributing to the expansion of human consciousness.

  • It is human nature to anthropomorphize this thing we have so MANY names for. Bless you.

  • @xlrobertolx I was a fundamentalist Christian for many years, until I watched a very thought provoking film by the name of (Esoteric Agenda) which shattered utterly, my old idealistic belief system of that time. Since then I have formed some what of an image as to what exactly this reality is or is not. Your opinion is important, and is meaningful, and I bless your every wonderment of this vast unspeakable uni-verse.

  • @xlrobertolx In my experience, I have come to know that there may be some-thing BUT, anything that our minds can conceive of this thing that we call "God" is likened to a child's picture book with out words, so in short - we fall short. Yes I am ignorant, but because of my ignorance of the nature of the universe causes a raging hunger from with in, to extinguish my own ignorance, to enlighten my darkness.

  • @xlrobertolx I may have entertained a conversation with you until I read through your statement that I am ignorant, and therefore I know where my thoughts fall in your personal belief system, and I would not dare try to push my thoughts on to yours, in fact, I would be a fool too.

  • @xlrobertolx No - the sad thing really is that I actually completely agree with you, the even sadder thing is - That it is because of the debate of others beliefs that cause war and division yet, in our ignorance, we find it our job to change the minds of those around us.

  • @josiahpauloski5 The sad thing is that because of religion, we are not further technologically advanced due to the dark ages, I know that I'm not going to change your mind because your so ignorant to what others beliefs are. I am smarter than you in science and math therefore I have a different perspective on what my life means and is. Until religion is dead and gone, there will always be wars! Quit preaching to me about a creator, I have read the bible and am more involved in debates over this!
