@nphanlon1973 That and no one knew what the hell each other were saying!
-
The three "Hurricanes" in the background in the beginning of this video, are actually the same Spanish "Buchons" that play the parts of "Messerschmitt Me 109's" in the rest of the film, because only three flyable "Hurricanes" were found.

THE CO of the Poles had a point.People have died because comms got stuffed with too many people talking at once.Battle of Nasiriah 2004 a case in point.

They don't use "Left", and "right" as right can be misconstrued with "yes" or "correct".
-
I find it strange hearing 'port' and 'starboard' refering to planes.

@t43562 ABSOLUTELY

@plsniper we also sold out Czechoslovakia in the same way - It was a great shame to my country - we failed to recognise the great contribution of the brave and very able Polish airmen

"SILENCE! IN POLISH!"
@t43562 All the best from Poland, and I hope that the effort of the allies in the WWII - not only that of the Poles, but also the Czech and all those nations you've mentioned will be remembered.

Hurray for the Poles - I like this bit of film - they had lost everything and possibly people in Britain didn't and still don't understand and certainly never suffered what Poland did and here they are taking any chance to hit back. There were the South Africans (e.g. Sailor Malan), Zimbabweans like me, the Irish, coming in spite of 1916, Australians, Kiwis and others. They didn't come to join a bunch of whiners feeling sorry for themselves but the side with guts and honour.
