Richard updates a story he covered on his first show back on August 16th, 2009 when he interviewed a woman claiming to be Elvis Presleys step-sister. She wants the courts to recognize her as a legitimate heir to the Presley Estate and says she has DNA evidence to prove her claims. Her efforts to acquire the necessary also led her to a remarkable discovery: Elvis is still alive!

Later, Richard speaks with a UFO researcher and a former U.S. Air Force Captain who are currently organizing a press conference at the Press Club in Washington D.C. where they will discuss the vital issue of UFO incursions at U.S. Nuclear Weapons bases over the last 60 years.
