  • @lowend99 Diane Warren & David Foster didn't have a sound that defined 90's music. Especially not R&B. They did have big records, no denying that at all.

    Still I was just speaking off-hand and forgot to mention others who helped shaping the 90's sound:

    Dr. Dre, Jermane Dupri, Dallas Austin, Foster McElroy, Devante Swing, and Timbaland.
