  • fusor.net is the best resorce I have found

  • 12,000Volts, DC, or AC this video is with DC

  • I'd like to ask - is it possible with this technology to build a real lightsaber from Star Wars universe?

  • Nope. I have thought about how to construct a lightsaber(LS). But it requires some leaps in physics that we have not yet obtained. First major problem is the apparent energy source that the LS use. Only portable ones available at the current time generate way to much ionizing radiation to me used safely.

I hope on day you can use quantum entanglement to transfer energy from a large stationary power source at high density to small devices with 100% efficiency and at any distance. ThenmakeaLS

  • What's the energy output of this thing?

  • Zero, I did not design the inner element with the ability to harvest energy. The easiest method for a home build one would be to use the inner grid as a boiler coil once you have a stable fusion reaction. To get the reaction stable you have to make the inner grid transparent to the accelerated particles. In a full size model ,1.5m inner grid, I would suggest using lithium in the heat exchanger circuit as its isotopes are very short lived and it can carry higher heat density than water.

  • do you know a good website that explains how to construct a simple one? i cant seem to find any

  • how many volts

  • I built mine for about $200. I am exceptionally resourceful most people spend about $5000 to construct a good machine.

  • For how much money can I make one?
