did you ever tried to pass the gate when its open(with a 7,5) it´s to big !

@theappleusa This model of barrier/gate is installed in hundreds of applications around the world- this installation was for the purposes of impact test at the Transport Research Laboratory in the UK and the opening and closing limits of the barrier arm were not set up - in a normal live installation the limits switches are set to ensure the beam raises to 90 degrees (this is all adjustable)

i dont think the lorry would have been able to pass even if the gate was open the opening angle seems to week

During this test there is no driver - the truck is pulled along by a steel rope winch and the truck is released at a point determined by the criteria of the PAS 68 Test. So no one was hurt during this testing. The purpose of the barrier is to secure an access point or roadway from a possible hostile vehicle attack (Lorry bomb) and yes disable the driver
