Cada mes de septiembre, en fecha 21, se celebra en Tiahuanaco (Bolivia) el ano nuevo aymara. El sol al nacer pasa exactamente por la Puerta del Sol, gran monumento ubicada en dicha ciudad. Es asombroso, le sugiero que la visiten y quedaran fascinados por todas las estructuras de piedra. Hasta me atrevo a decir mayor en perfeccion a las de Macchu Picchu y solo las mayas se comparan un poco en perfeccion.

The person who filmed this clip states La Paz is Bolivia's capital which is not quite right either. When Bolivia was born as a republic Sucre was it is constitutional capital. In 1899 the two parties incumbent and oposition fought a civil war, the liberals moved the Legislative and executive branch to La Paz for economic and importance reasons. So La Paz is The Bolivian Seat of government or Administrative Capital or De facto Capital.
