Nothing epic, just some things I wanted to share that I've learned that changed my habits, and helped me to drink more water. I'm still working on it, but I'm trying to drink more and more! :)

  • I knew this but I was concentrating on ounces but after watching this I aimed for getting the light yellow urine color. It took 150+ ounces of water for this but I am on a diuretic. So I was not drinking nearly enough water. I lost 4 pounds in two days just by doing that!! Wow!! So thanks!!!

  • If you have a high intake of FRESH FRUIT & VEGETABLES you shouldn't need that much water. I watch a lot of peoples videos about their food intake and I'm really dismayed by how little fresh fruit and veggies feature in diets.

  • @shadow857 Pop actually dehydrates you, because the water is carbonated. If you were dying, and it was all you had, sure, drink it. But it actually dehydrates the body you stupid uneducated bastard. Water also cleanses the toxins from your body, which generally helps you lose weight.

  • stupid girl your stresses becouse your over weight and soda is 95 percent water so stfu you just need to lose weight and protien defficiency can also be the reason you had problems you look like a veggie head
