Mountain Brook Schools Staff Assaults "Homeless" Christian Student and Denies Registration Part 1

GOD is good. On January 20, 2011 a Lawsuit was Filed Against the Mountain Brook Schools Staff Who Denied Christian "Homeless" Students' Registration (their mother Glynis Bethel a traveling Fire-and-Brimstone preacher and involved in evangelistic outreach ministry throughout the United States which parsonage or living arrangements are in various hotels which the law allows her to be categorized as a "homeless" individual whose children get privileges to be enrolled in a PUBLIC school without being in a specific district or producing "proof of residency"). On January 12, 2011 a Student [her mother Glynis Bethel and son] was Physically Assaulted and/or Battered & Dragged Out by School and the Police Brutality was Caught on Camera. One of the students' knee was PHYSICALLY injured by both Brian Wood and Patrick Kelley as they literally dragged the student and dropped her on the parking lot pavement to prevent her from completing her registration paperwork, in which she was in the process of filing out at Mountain Brook Junior High School in violation of the Federal law McKinnery Vento Act 42 USC 11301 and the Compulsory Attendance laws)

On January 20, 2011 the lawsuit, suing for violations of the United States Constitution (1st, 4th, 8th and 14th Amendments), was filed against the Mountain Brook Schools Board of Education, Superintendent Richard Barlow, Dale Wisely (Student Services Director), Elaine Kent (Assistant Director of Instruction) and numerous principals (including Belinda Treadwell, Lisa Walters and Ben Hudson), and two police officers Brian Wood and Patrick Kelley who in conspiracy committed acts of assault and battery by physically dragging one "homeless" Christian student on the ground and physically injuring her left leg etc., for violations of the [unconstitutional] compulsory attendance laws; the McKinney Vento Act. and the Alabama Constitution.

Nice try, too bad your case got thrown out again. Just like your past cases, another case has been tossed out by the judge. You need to get your facts straight next time. Maybe if you got a lawyer you might be able to win a case. You also believe that you know the law better than most people. However, you didn't know that you can not bring a minor's suit through a parent without a lawyer.

Another legitimate case has been illegally "tossed," by a corrupt witch-bitch judge who is violating the law namely the 7th Amendment which secures, by right, a jury trial. @MBalum517 if you would watch the video, you will see that Dale Wisely asked if I EITHER had a residence in Mountain Brook or if I were under the "homeless," stipulation. I told him, I must be in the "homeless" category (to paraphrase). He confirmed that I was in this "homeless," category in which the LAW states that I don't have to produce NOT ONE "simple" piece of information. Contrary to what you are saying here. They are not men of integrity.

GOD is just. @glynisbethel another thing. Mountain Brook School staff accepted the "homeless," status, but they didn't want us to be "homeless," INSIDE of their school and this is why they got sued. We also have about a year on some months to sue them again and my children will be able to sue them for denying them a PUBLIC and free education like all of the other white children who had homes in the area.

They have segregated a federally funded PUBLIC school and they have been getting away with this mess all of these years until I came along to challenge this illegal system. I go to the mbjh and when I heard about this I laughed my head off. This lady seems like an idiot for she has a home and she even stayed in a hotel after the video. I feel bad for the kids really.
