Hello my beautiful Peeps....Today I share with you a recipe for Banana Soft serve ice cream, everything about this is oh so good for you....TRUST ME!

You will need;
Sliced frozen banana's 9 about 1 1/2 per person
Vanilla Bean seeds ( optional) NO VANILLA EXTRACT
A food Processor
Optional toppings: Fresh Organic ( if possible) blueberries, strawberries and raspberries.....unsweetened shredded coconut...raw walnuts!
Put Banana's ( and vanilla seeds if using) in food processor, blend ( stopping to push banana's down) until smooth and thick..( this can take up to 2 minutes depending on your blender) Hold on to food processor when you first start blending...it will rock off the counter) Layer into wine goblet with toppings and enjoy
Calorie content...Just about 200. Banana's are loaded with potassium, and of course berries are anti oxidants with plenty of fiber! Please let me know what you think of this recipe....Check out my blog ( listed on the left side of my channel page...I am going to add things to it on a regular basis....)

ENJOY my PEEPS! You are the best!

  • @MrShahmasood Cherries, strawberries, banana's and almond butter all go well with chocolate...and any fruit can be used with vanilla...

  • HELP TAMMY!!! :) Another question is that I have two huge tubs of very good quality protein powders in vanilla and chocolate flavors that are just sittig in my cabinet. How could I use those up in smoothies? What ingredients should i combine them with since i don't like yougurt in smoothies & I don' want just milk and powder either. What fruit will go well with the chocolate powder and still taste yummy? Thanks. Annie :)
