  • lol... that funny 2436ab

  • CNN = Crappy Nonsense News

  • It is quite clear that scientists who get funding from governments sing the tune picked by these governments. Falsifying data to meet government pre-approved 'conclusions' and all that...

  • The climate liars 'peer-review' eachothers work... they are all liars.

CLIAMTE CHANGE = NATURAL PHENOMENON and there is NOTHING mankind can do except to adapt... stopping it is impossible

  • Anything involving CNN is bad!

  • And, this is where honesty comes in, since any scientists knows that all his peers will be more than happy to prove him wrong (because then they would have made a discovery, and that is the negation of your claim, or because you would not have beaten them to a solution or discovery), a scientists should be really, really honest and careful in formulating a theory or hypothesis. Therefore, although a mere consensus of morons is worth nothing, a scientific consensus is worth billions.

  • True, true. But remember, I said "scientific consensus", not mere consensus. These two are oceans apart. Note that two of the cardinal virtues of science are skepticism and competition. A third cardinal virtue is honesty. These are cardinal virtues in science because, to be a scientist, one must take what everybody says with a grain of salt, one must always look for flaws in another person's arguments or findings and one must be happy in carefully proving another person wrong.

  • a consensus is not scientific, a bunch of morons can have a consensus about something

  • This is so wrong I don't know where to start. Oh wait, let's start with your English!

  • ReliableInsider,

These so-called skeptics don't know anything about the scientific peer-review system and the difficulty of making and maintaining a good reputation in the global scientific community. I think we have the media and the educational system to thank for that.
