@112namrepus me as a houstonian can rely on that and say its correct you guys live upon a dry arid climate you guys dont see to much rain that is why when u guys see about 2 inches of rain it will flood now me as a houstonian in the city it takes about 10 inches which is common once a year we see floods year round
