thank you for this i have been having shoulder problems for about 6 months and have been exercising for that time and the exercises the therapist has been giving me has been rubbish!
these exercise i have started using and and just after a week there is a vast improvement and can feel them working the muscle´s that need to be worked

oh my goodness! all she has to do is let go of the elastic and he'll be sexually inactive for a month! thanks for the post, it's useful - but I'll use a bed post to keep my elastic steady :)
