Whenever I try this pose, my foot glides down. I can put it up high, but not keep it there... Is there something I can try to prevent my foot from slipping? It doesn't matter if I am barefooted or wearing socks. I can only keep it up high if I press it into my thigh real hard, which hurts and somehow doesn't feel like it is supposed to.
