Even some Dioeces Bishops can postponed Ash Wednesday for chinese new year in malaysia and singapore its seems culture can over Ride the Ash Wednesday. Once we are roman catholic our Culture is Roman catholic faith.Thank God Christ Never say if u follow the jewish culture then u will have salvation.
