Custom Lode Runner Levels Pt. 1

Lol this CD was played on my old Mac OS 8.6 computer.
"Lode Runner: The Legend Returns" has been one of my all time favorite games. I love all of the levels in it, and I really enjoy making my own customized levels. So I've decided to do a little series showing my custom made levels. (This is the first part BTW)

The first time I played LR:TLR was also on an old Mac, it was ripped, though, and at one point I lost it. - Good thing I found the PC version for free (put up by one of the developers) so that I could enjoy it again.

For the Custom Puzzle Introduction I made, I used Hyper cam to record, it might be a better alternative for your shy cam, but I think the best software would be Fraps.

-Then again, you're on the old Mac, right?

@EYEOFASERPENT None that I know of I'm afraid. Years back I created about 250 different custom puzzles, but lost them all, I'm in the process of making 150 custom levels, plus 40 extra for those who have the Online version (New worlds), but haven't found much time to work on them as of late.

A friend of mine has an old Apple (in great condition) and he also has Championship Lode Runner, that's why I've been able to play what I consider to be the best LR of all time. I didn't like Mad Monks Revenge because it's nothing at all like the classic LR, at least that's my opinion.

Have you begun to create your new puzzles?

I'm afraid I never had Championship Lode Runner.  The Legend Returns was the very first Lode runner game I ever got, which Is why I love this version and Mad Monk's revenge so much. I loved the levels (still tricky but beatable for me to this very day), and those cutscenes were so funny!

Anyway I'm glad to have your support. Expect to see one or two new custom levels uploaded this weekend.

Chaos, good to hear that you're going to return to making puzzles.

You had an Apple, did you have Championship LodeRunner? The 50 levels were the most difficult ever created, just amazing! It took me one month to get through the 50 levels, yet I got through all 150 levels from The Legend Returns in just one week. I sound like I'm addicted to LodeRunner... well I am and I'm not ashamed to admit it.

Well ok then! I'll get back into the swing of making Lode Runner Puzzles. However I might use The Online version too (Mad Monks revenge) because there are two more worlds than Legend Returns, and the new traps and items yield some pretty unique levels.

Yes I am serious. And I hope that you'll get back to creating more puzzles. We have to control the mad monks, they're nothin' but greedy gold diggers. ;-)

Holy crap, you serious? Well thank you! I was thinking of making my own little pack of my custom levels, but I abandoned the project for unknown reasons. I guess I could return to making them.

Excellent puzzle! Wish you could create custom LR games for me. My friend created over 200 highly difficult puzzles for me but he quit making new ones because I figure them out too fast. I love Lode Runner, it's the best.
