Please read: This is a live screen recording of hijacked listings on ebay. Here we have just another tiny example of how the hackers OWN ebaY.
These hijacked listings are continuing nonstop. Ebay is either unable or unwilling to stop them. What that boils down to, is avoid ebay like the plague. Remember, ebaY is "Just a Venue". One of their slogans is "Caveat Emptor"
These are both ways of saying: "You are screwed!"
There is NO GUARANTEE ON ebay WHATSOEVER. Please consider that before you make any online purchases.
And if you are a seller, your account will be hijacked, and you will likely receive a bill for the bogus items. There have been numerous reports of problems due to that. See the comment left at "EbaY Hacked "The List" Freedom Road" video by youtube member joni4ta for example.
Ebay profits from this practice, so there is little incentive for them to stop the fraud

These sorts of troubles have gone unrepaired and mostly unacknowledged by ebay, ever since über-hacker Vladuz "posted pink".
