I must make an observation; from 2:49 - 2:53 I noticed that you hold the heal in a vertical position, not letting your hips and ankle turn to the side like a see a lot of people doing.
Then you come down into a perfect front split, again keeping both feet in what looks like to me a more proper vertical position.
Am I correct, is the current habit a sign of deterioration in yoga? If you're still active on youtube please respond

I wanna start learning youga, starting with some flexibility pose (Asanas). What you have achieve is simply wonderful and I think it took lot of years of practices and discipline. Bwst wishes. Be a teacher now to teach, spread eaht you learned and realise

Hi doubleo, to answer your questions: yeah, I practice astanga, though the above sequence was just something I was putting together that day.
