300 Spartan Workout Training 2. This is my home version Spartan training that anyone can perform from home. The rules are simple. Perform the exercise shown in any order. Perform 30 reps for each one. Perform 30 reps per exercise. Complete a total of 300 reps combined. Try it if you dare.

    dude this is a 7 week workout routine, this vid right here is the 2nd week.

    starters could do 4 days a week, 1 same routine. then the nxt week, 2nd routine, so on.

    people should realize that REST is essential. workout not worn out
