What to do if your Transformer Prime won't charge!

I still had a little bit of the plastic wrap on it. I pulled it all off, and then noticed a little icon on the charger. Popped the top off, put it back on, and it started charging again! I figured this out AFTER purchasing a brand new one! OH well! Shout out to mipd1980 for turning me onto this! (really? you wait until AFTER I pay 29 dollars, plus 9 for shipping? Oh well! At least I have two now!)

help i tried everything opening it extension cords different plugs still not working its dead what else can i do it just randomly stopped charging and the charger wont work

@muslimfriends dude im having the same problem as u, mine is dead and it wont turn on, its not the wall charger cause it wont charge in my computer either, did u figure something out?

@wwjoshdew something must be wrong with my adapter then because after i did that it still won't work, I just bought this today I'll bring it back to bestbuy and see if they can fix the problem for me.
