In this video I show you how you can fully train your shoulders by hitting all three of the heads (anterior 'front', medial 'middle', & posterior 'back'). Great video but I just have one question. When you're doing that exercise for rear delts, aren't you arching your back too much which causes too much stress to the back? I hear a lot of personal trainers and fitness gurus say that you should always keep a straight back during any exercise...
