This is a short video of the motors at idle after the installation of the Holley 800 carbs, Edelbrock Air Gap intakes and MSD distributors. The motors are idling at about 950 rpm with the cams in them. Comments are welcome...rude and nasty will be deleted. You might also want to go to http://shooteraod.dyndns.org/BikeRides to see pics and go to my other site http://shooteraod.dyndns.org/trips to see our routes that we took. • @Paulsmarinesalvage Paul...the cams are Comp Cams flat tappet...K11-244-4 cam & kit. I will use a Comp Cam in a flat tappet in a motor, but I wont use a Comp Cam roller cam. Every Comp roller cam I have used in a marine application started to lay down on me at around 4600 RPM. In roller motors, I use a custom grind cam. Holler anytime if you need help. Do a GOOGLE search using my name "MotorsbyShooter" and my web site will come up.

  • sounds good.....what cams?
