alright I admit that a game doesn't have to be challenging to be good, BUT for a Final Fantasy game that isn't even a little challenging? C'mon what the hell is the point of advancing the Crystarium if there isn't a worthy challenge in the main game? The most thought you have to put into the battles is knowing when to change paradigms and then hit auto. It isn't exactly memorable ya know.

Since when does a game have to be challenging to be good? Silent Hill provides little challenge, but is one of the greatest games of all time. Devil May Cry, on the other hand, is hard as hell, but it's fantastic too.
