TF2 Demoman Badlands Mid Jumps

This is a basic tutorial of the normal demoman route to cp_badlands mid for the new demomen in the competitive community. Many people have been asking me what the jumps are and I figured this is the best way to show people.

What is the round timers time when you arrive at the mid health pack? I am there about 9:44 or 9:45 and I can't do it even nearly as good as you. Just thought how much there is to improve.

@saamarit I am on the healthpack at about 9:47 or 9:48. I cut a lot of time on the stairs jump and the jump from spawn. the stairs, just gotta be able to glide of the 2nd flight regularly. the spawn jump, i jump off the wall and get as much horizontal speed as possible

How do you get your FOV as high as that? (being able to see that much of your sticky gun). Thanks.

@IKnowWereYouSleep "viewmodel_fov 70" in console. that was just for the recording tho. i actually play with viewmodels off

can you tell me what comand you have put in to get 'god mode' i notice you never need to resuply

its the hurtme command. make sure sv_cheats is set to 1. then type "hurtme -999999" in console

I don't know sniper, though, so scout wouldn'ta worked out I'm guessing

I did try out for scout/medic for a Cevo-p team back in 2008, but it didn't work out...but yeah, way out of practice

I was watching this nonstop/trying to learn these jumps, but then I realized I don't remember demo strategy if I ever knew it (I'm WAAAAAY out of practice, and back then I only medicced competitively), and this is only one map....

okay...the jump at the stairs...do you actually jump before you det, after you det, when you det, or not at all?
