Why do they have to ask "How frustrated and disappointed are you to be knocked out this early?" Why ask that, obviously the player is disappointed.

I've watched enough Rafa to know the difference between a healthy Rafa and the one I saw in this match. While he may have a ways to go to become a contender on hard surfaces, there is no way you can discount his condition. Usually, he goes for every point with passion....not seen here!

...He wasn't that injured. I'm a fan of Nadal, but I don't see how he can get through the tougher stages on hardcourts because his balls tend to float on hardcourts since they have much topspin; and so to win points on hardcourts you need to take some spin off to make it go through the court. Ferrer's strokes are flat enough to give Nadal the trouble, like James Blake gives to Nadal.
