It's a Long Walk Back From Death - Part 1 - CC's Scenes On GL From April 30th 2008

Natalia accidentally runs into Daisy with her laundry cart. Daisy asks her how Rafe is doing. "He's not doing so good," Natalia says. Daisy insists that she wasn't all bad for Rafe; they had good plans. Natalia laughs. Gus said the same thing to her father when they were in high school. As she gets in the elevator, she runs into Dinah who tells her how sorry she is about what happened to Gus. Natalia goes home to Rafe and gives him an ice pack for his broken hand. She tells him he needs to find something to do, like going to see Daisy. He's baffled by this suggestion. She wants to learn to trust the man she's raised, she explains.

At Cross Creek, Olivia complains that her heart is beating too fast. She just had a bad dream about Gus and can't calm down. When Jeffrey tries to comfort her, Reva pokes her head in and interrupts. This gives Olivia quite a shock. "Just testing her new ticker," Reva jokes. She takes Jeffrey out and demands to know why his ex-wife is recovering in her home. He would have told her earlier but didn't want her to worry and cut her trip short. His annulment still doesn't make her feel better, Reva admits while Olivia waves at them through the window. They go back inside and Reva snipes at Olivia, telling her that she'll help her learn how to get moving faster. Reva drags Olivia outside for a walk and Jeffrey keeps his distance. "It's a long walk back from death," Reva says, pointing out that her whole life is like a Neil Young song. That's funny, Olivia quips; she always thought that she was a "Dolly". Reva tells her that she is a miracle and starts asking her about what Jeffrey has been cooking for her. Reva's annoyed that he actually made her breakfast. Olivia didn't make a big deal about the divorce; that was her good deed for the year. Reva agrees to let her stay in the house, as long as she stays away from Jeffrey. They giggle and walk back.

Well yeah, i know that, but would you be going off for a walk in the woods with someone you lent a dress to one time, and that was the extent of your friendship? Still, at least they can, and Ava doesn't feel towards Nat the way Rafe did to Liv!

Several months ago, Ava lent Natalia a dress to wear on a Date with Gus, so they're not exactly strangers. Now Natalia is practically Ava's Stepmother.
