Humm, could this man be a lawyer that doesn't want his big cash to go away because of affiliation with special interest group? Why can't just hire who is best suited? I'm not in 1964 it is 2009 I don't see anyone who is not allowed to eat in restaurants, made to ride in the back of the bus, or not allowed to use a restroom due to race, sex, or religion (oops i said a bad word) Your education of Affirmative Action is some of the best I've heard but the relavance of the law is past its usefulness

Yes, please do use it! The metaphor breaks down pretty quickly if pushed too far, but I still think it is very effective.

All discrimination based on race is unlawful.
It doesn't matter how you distribute the colors.
The law protects everyone.

by about 15 years. America is losing its freedom by laws such as this. Thanks for the great information, I love to learn keeps my mind looking for a better way. Liberty for all.
