thumbs up for you sarah. I always get mad when i see how careless some people treat our nature(hey-nice use of your complaing advice lessen - using when). Makes me sad. They way we treat the planet shows the way we treat at least each other. From time to time i collect rubbish too on a lake near by that i love much.

Oh boohoo anoio :( seems your english is limited not to give any explaination WHY, just a facial expression. Shows your more concerned about the audio than the content of the video which is quite disturbing... perhaps your one of the disturbed that litter the beach.

Schools are either city or separate taxing district. In more rural areas can be county. Libraries are usually city. Housing is more federal level.
