  • Yup you'd need to pray....but seriously...show a little respect and humility for a real Martial Arts Master...Sifu Whitrod is ackowledged accross the world....He wouldn't get that kind of respect from fighters, teachers, masters and associations internationally if he were crap....

  • Paul is one tough dude, one of the old gaurd,no nonsense, great kung fu.

  • @brasled, sounds like a load of shit to me.

  • Heard tell of a video from long ago, Mr. Whitrod and Ip chee. They were practicing on a roof. Ip chee struck him in chest with four fingers, complained in chinese that he missed one (acupoint), and then revived whitrod, who was still down for the count, and probably momentarily dead. Scary stuff.

  • I've heard great things about this man and his club, any members out there? is it a friendly welcoming atmosphere? I would like to join or at least try out but I'm inexperienced in martial arts and therefore apprenhensive what it's like.

  • Very good form to stimulate the gen (shock power). A lot of practical applications in this form too. Performed by Whitrod sifu. what more could you ask for?

  • u would probably kills some one wiht the small impact surface strikes ifu mean sports fighitng this isnt made for that.

  • bro serious martial artists have nothing to prove...and if the purpose of your training is to be ready to fight, you've missed the point....forging your body in the fire of your will is one thing, tempering your temperament takes something else...
