I've been looking for a barbell. What brand do you use, is it a 7ft barbell?

Great workout mix, again, as usual. Curious if you've ever participated in Tough Mudder? I've done a couple of them here in the in U.S., and they are great fun. Clearly, you have the conditioning for them.

low back is involved in both exercises...., that is more limiting than the legs

@ArielCorposao Low back is involved in everything. There's no escaping that one. Main thing is that you don't compromise it.

Maybe look into getting a tripod so your partner can spot you next time lol.
I might just be paranoid but I like to practice purposely dumping the bar from a back and front squat position every now and then just as a reminder of what the escape plan is on these lifts.

@pipozZz In my short lifting "career" I have never had that happen before, so I guess being a little more paranoid would help me! I thought I'd manage 1 rep, because I did 2 earlier in the week ... guess not :(
