The only reason I am on the verge of hating them, is because with my experience, Ive come across these types of people who turned their backs on me when I came out, used me, lied to me, and treated me worse than "preps". They've made a mockery out of a mental illness, which I deal with daily.

Learn both sides of the story, then chose a side.

@Alex04041000 and also you are aloud to like whatever music you want! If you disagree with one band just don't listen to them and let the people who do enjoy it alone. Artists sing about the things that have happened to them. If MCR has dealt with mental illness they are just letting others hear what its all about so they can understand better. I mean Bon Jovi sings songs about people who have hurt him in the past. "I wanna be loved" for example. Just don't judge. I'm sure you don't like it.

@gonyuu not all emos complain ya know. some of them keep it to themselves cause they don't wanna bring others down but ya know that kinda makes it worse. And there is no sense in comparing tradgeties (sorry my spellings bad :P). Emos SUCK. I'm sorry, they just SUCK. They're too busy complaining about the life they have, because....oh I don't know, their boyfriend 4EVER of age 14 decided to dump them. Well I say, go to Africa you nimwits! Most of the people there don't even eat a meal a day, and they certainly don't worry about their love life. GOD. Oh, and Bon Jovi i so much better. MCR sucks because yes, they are emo, and yes, they make silly suicidal songs. Unfortuanetly, too many teenagers look up to them as heroes.

i dont really hate emos... i hate druggy skids who want to do nothing better then smoke pot aall day while i work my ass off to pay taxes to give them their welfare cheque. or suck kids into the drug scene and start gang violence. it just seems that most druggies and gangs are emos, goths, ect who have progressed. sorry
