  • I apologise for any incorrect information in the video. I created this for a friend after reading about cornsnakes online. I actually studied Marine Biology at university; so this "retard" as you bluntly put it is just not a specialist in snakes. There is also many

conflicting studies that suggest they don't raise their temperature to digest food but you didn't point this one out. I unfortunately don't have the original working files for this video or I would change it.

  • lol- so do i (have the same water dish) mine isn't eating it's pinkies- it ate them last week when i fed him for the first time & ate them when it was at the pet shop with no problem- does anyone know what i should do??- PLEASE REPLY

  • Go on the thecornsnake website link shown on the bottom of the vid. They have a forum that deals specifically with questions like this.

  • people tht say u feel bad for the mousse theres a little thing called a food chain

  • snakes are the reason we aren't over infested with rodents. Unless you wish we had something like the plague again thank the snakes. Also, pre-killed mice are better for two main reasons at least. Snakes less often bite their owners and others when feeding off F/T and also so that the snake doesn't get harmed. Feeding live rodents can endanger your pet snakes. They could fight back and kill the snake or struggle in the body of the snake and create a messy scene :P

  • Heat pits and saying they dislocate their jaw. Who is this retard?

  • Snakes dont dislocate their jaw their low jaw is split in two and move independently only loosely connected by elastic tissue.

  • Boring fucker

  • WTF why is that pinkie BLACK?! isnt it supposed to be pink? hence the PINKY?LOL

  • @bilzyboy Most likely he still will constict

  • @simplybusby Well it really only does if it thinks it needs to as in if its feeding on pinkys it probably wont until larger

  • When will my corn snake start to "coil" around its food???

  • unfortunately, corn snakes do not have heat pits, and no snakes have inner ears.
