FRAGILE "Trees" Recycled Art Installation by Roadsworth

"FRAGILE" at the Montreal Eaton Centre

A forest filled with pine, maple and birch trees in the middle of the Montreal Eaton Centre ecosystem.
At 14 metres high (46 feet), the 10 tree trunks required 5,000 square feet of cardboard boxes, while the 50 branches called upon an additional 5,400 square feet. All in all, 850 leafs -- each made with a folder -- adorn the tree branches.

Une forêt de pins, d'érables et de bouleaux au centre de l'écosystème du centre Eaton de Montréal.
Les troncs de 46 pieds (14 mètres) des 10 arbres de l'écosystème ont nécessité 5 000 pieds carrés de boîtes de carton, alors que les 50 branches d'arbre en ont requis 5 400 pieds carrés. Les arbres sont garnis de plus de 850 feuilles -- chacune faite d'une chemise de classement.
